GREAT LAKES, Ill., (July 21, 2015) -- Rear Adm. Michael S. White (center), commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), returns a salute to Rear Adm. Stephen C. Evans, incoming Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) commander, at the NSTC change of command ceremony next to USS White Hat at Training Support Center (TSC), on Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill., July 21. White was the presiding officer for the change of command as Evans relieved Brown as NSTC commander. USS White Hat, known as the “ship in a bottle,” is a partial replica of a ship at Boatswain’s Mate “A” School used to train the Navy’s future Boatswain’s Mates. (Official U.S. Navy photo by Scott A.
