A memorial ceremony was held Oct. 1 in order to honor Gunnery Sgt. Aaron M. Kenefick who made the ultimate sacrifice and was killed in action on Sept. 8, while conducting combat operations in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
