Presiding officer, Col. Joel Jackson, 60th Air Mobility Wing commander, transferred authority and responsibility of the 60th OG from Col. David Mott, who led the unit for the past two years, to Maddox, who is a command pilot with more than 3,500 flight hours in the C-17A, KC1-A, T-37B, T-1A and T-38B.
