Col. Joel Jackson, 60th Air Mobility Wing commander, applauds Col. Christopher Maddox during the 60th Operations Group change of command ceremony at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., July 30, 2015. Jackson transferred authority and responsibility of the 60th OG from Col. David Mott, who led the unit for the past two years, to Maddox, who is a command pilot with more than 3,500 flight hours in the C-17A, KC1-A, T-37B, T-1A and T-38B.
