Czech Army T-72M4CZ tanks from the 73rd Tank Battalion, 7th Mechanized Brigade roll into the train station at Parsburg, Germany, Aug. 3. The 73rd is one of four battalions falling under the 7th Brigade during Exercise Allied Spirit II at the United States Army’s Hohenfels Training Area in southeastern Germany, Aug. 4-24. During this exercise, the 7th Czech Brigade will command the brigade headquarters for the first time in a NATO combined exercise. Allied Spirit II is a multinational decisive action training environment exercise that involves over 4,500 Soldiers from the U.S., allied, and partner nations focused on building partnerships and interoperability between all participating nations and emphasizing mission command, intelligence, sustainment, and fires.
