Ricardo Trevino, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Meteorological and Oceanographic Department head, and U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. David Giddens, CJTF-HOA METOC, the weather tracking data used at the department. The UMD has archived all hard copies of Uganda's weather since the early 1900s. Trevino is a native of Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Giddens is currently deployed from the Washington Air National Guard and is a native of Jacksonville, Fla.
