U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Ricardo Trevino, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Meteorological and Oceanographic Department head, and U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. David Giddens, CJTF-HOA METOC, sit down with Collins Othira Akena, Uganda Meteorological Department, and Stephen Magezi, UMD commissioner, and talk about sharing weather data between the UMD and CJTF-HOA. Uganda has 150 working sensors spread across the country. Trevino is a native of Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Giddens is currently deployed from the Washington Air National Guard and is a native of Jacksonville, Fla.
