Sgt. John D. Pumphrey, a truck commander from Columbus, Miss., uses his time off Sept. 30 to help replace the rear brakes on his High Mobility, Multipurpose Vehicle. Pumphrey is member of 1st Platoon, A Company, 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms out of Hernando, Miss. The participation of crews during maintenance helps the 2/198th CAB to keep 98-percent or more of combat vehicles fully-mission-capable.
