Marines of the Civil Affairs Detachment, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, visit the Onslow County Museum in Richlands during a civil affairs exercise, Sept. 24. The Marines participated in a civil affairs training exercise that included key leader engagements, to learn knowledge of the surrounding area that will benefit them in their jobs when deployed.
