Richlands Mayor Marvin Trott and Chief of Police Thomas J. Bennett answer questions from the Marines of the Civil Affairs Detachment, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, during a key leader engagement exercise at the Richlands Town Hall, Sept. 24. The Marines participated in a civil affairs training exercise that included key leader engagements, to learn knowledge of the surrounding area that will benefit them in their jobs when deployed.
