Cpl. Royshad Sanders, a Marine in the Fleet Assistance Program with the Provost Marshal’s Office, chambers a round in his M9 pistol before firing the spread shot portion of his pistol qualification Aug. 6, 2015, at Kaneohe Bay Range Training Facility. There were 32 Marines entering the program and firing in the qualification course. The Fleet Assistance Program helps Marine Corps Base Hawaii’s subordinate units by providing personnel, which furthers the base’s mission by providing facilities, programs and services in direct support of units, individuals and families.
