Sgt. Michael Rottier, the training Non-commissioned officer for the Provost Marshal’s Office, collects the M9 pistols from the Marines once they finished their round of firing during the pistol qualification Aug. 6, 2015, at Kaneohe Bay Range Training Facility. There were 32 Marines entering the program and firing in the qualification course. The Fleet Assistance Program helps Marine Corps Base Hawaii’s subordinate units by providing personnel, which furthers the base’s mission by providing facilities, programs and services in direct support of units, individuals and families.
