The prime minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov, members of his administration, the Chargé d'Affairs to Bulgaria, Ambassador John M. Ordway, and U.S. Army Gen. Carter F. Ham, commanding general of U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army, were shown the combined capabilities of their troops attacking enemy forces.
