Frank Gorenc, U.S. Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa commander out of Ramstein Air Base, Germany, meets with Richard Petty CEO of Richard Petty Motorsports at Watkins Glen on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2015. Petty was directly involved in the sponsorship of the U.S. Air Force for the No. 43 Smithfield Ford and was happy to meet and sign some items for Gorenc. Gorenc was at Watkins Glen as an honored guest of NASCAR for the Cheez-It 355 at The Glen where he would be swearing in new Air Force recruits before the start of the race.
