OKINAWA, Japan (August 8, 2015) Equipment Operator Constructionman Karina Salas, from San Diego, climbs out of a skid steer after loading equipment into containers in Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s inactive equipment maintenance warehouse on Camp Shields, Okinawa. NMCB 5 is currently deployed to Japan and several countries in the Pacific area of operations conducting construction operations and humanitarian assistance projects.
