Pfc. Terra Begay, a native of Holbrook, Ariz. and a member of a strike team assigned to Task Force First Round, helps lay an indirect fireline as part of fire suppression training on the Kalispel Indian Reservation, Wash., Aug. 23, 2015. The fireline being dug is strategically positioned around sacred ground on the reservation in the hopes it will keep fire from threatening the land while also supplying the Soldiers with needed training in preparation for suppressing fires burning across Northeastern Washington.
