Other members of the panel are Command Sgt. Maj. Julie Guerra, I Corps G2 CSM at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., and Staff Sgt. Mary Valdez, a small group leader at the Fort Drum, N.Y., Noncommissioned Officer Academy.
