Newly appointed Pacific Command Commander, U.S. Navy Admiral Robert F. Willard salutes Pacific Command senior enlisted leader, U. S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Iuniasolua T. Savusa to signify his assuming command while at the Pacific Command at a Change of Command Ceremony at Nimitz-MacArthur Pacific Command Center at Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii, Oct. 19. Adm. Willard was given command by Secretary of Defense Gates after the official retirement of the former commander, Adm. Timothy Keating.
