U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Luis Velazquez, civil affairfs specialist from 4th Civil Affaris Group, carries a box full of learning materials donated by Project Handclasp at the "19 de Abril" school in Trujillo, Honduras. USNS Spearhead (T-JHSV-1) brought the supplies to Honduras and they were delivered by the civil affairs team. Project Handclasp is an organization that collects humanitarian and educational supplies to be transported by naval vessels and then donated to countries in need by U.S. Navy and Marine Corps service members on behalf of America.
