Ghisell Padilla, governor of Colon, shakes the hand of a child from "19 de Abril" school, where Project Handclasp donated 32 boxes of school supplies and learning materials, on Aug. 27, 2015. USNS Spearhead (T-JHSV-1) brought the supplies to Honduras and they were delivered by a Marine Corps civil affairs team. Project Handclasp is an organization that collects humanitarian and educational supplies to be transported by naval vessels and then donated to countries in need by U.S. Navy and Marine Corps service members on behalf of America.
