Maj. Gen William E. Ingram Jr., the adjutant general for the North Carolina National Guard, visited Task Force Sinai in El Gorah, Egypt, to hold a Town hall meeting with assistant secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs Lt. Gen. (R) Dennis M. McCarthy and Task Force Sinai Soldiers, Oct. 22. Col. James Mingo, the U.S. Commander of Task Force Sinai and Multi-National Forces and Observers Chief of Staff, hosted Ingram and Secretary McCarthy as they learned about the MFO mission has been in existence since 1982, monitoring the peace between Egypt and Israel.
