A plaque representing the partnership between the United States and Georgia is hung on the front of the newly renovated school during the opening ceremony of Public School No. 4 in Gori, Georgia, Aug. 31, 2015. The ceremony was held as a celebration for the completion of the Georgian Humanitarian and Civic Assistance project led by U.S. European Command.
