GULF OF ADEN (Sept. 3, 2015) Capt. J.J. Cummings, perspective commanding officer, delivers remarks during a change of command ceremony on the flight deck of San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23). Anchorage is part of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and with embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
