150905-N-GM561-050 PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 5, 2015) An MH-60S Seahawk assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 23 (HSC-23) departs the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) during flight operations. Boxer is currently underway off the coast of Southern California participating in DB-15. DB-15 is a multinational training exercise being conducted by Expeditionary Strike Group 3 (ESG-3) and 1st MEB to build U.S., Japan, Mexico and New Zealand’s amphibious, and command and control capabilities through live, simulated, and constructive military training activities.
