Military Officials from both the Qatari Armed Forces and U.S. Central Command during the ribbon cutting to commemorate the new U.S. Central Command forward headquarters building. The ceremony was held to commemorate the official opening of the state-of-the-art facility here Oct. 22, at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
