Ghanim Shaheen Al-Ghanim, Qatari Land Forces commander, and Brig. Gen. Yacob Ali Al-Kazeem, present the key to the building to Gen. David H. Petraeus, commander U.S. Central Command, to dedicate the new USCENTCOM forward headquarters building. The ceremony was held to commemorate the official opening of the state-of-the-art facility here Oct. 22, at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
