Service members celebrate the grand opening of a new dining facility, Oct. 22. The Ross L. Toles, III, Dining Facility is named in honor of U.S. Navy Petty Officer Ross L. Toles, III, who was killed in a rocket attack in Paktika province, Afghanistan, June 18, 2008. After a combined 18 years of active and reserve service, Petty Officer Toles left behind a wife and three sons.
