Sergeant Miguel Burgos, convoy commander and member of Army's 1-65th Battalion, Charlie Company, gives a briefing to his convoy team before doing an "outside the perimeter" patrol at Camp Lemonnier. The convoy patrol is used as a defensive posture to enforce security at Joint Task Force Command, Horn of Africa, enabling the command to concentrate on its diplomatic and developmental missions. Charlie Company consists of approximately 100 Puerto Rican infantry men and women, marking only the second time the Caribbean providence has provided security for CJTF-HOA.
