U.S. Army Capt. Philip Hickman, a company commander and jumpmaster with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, briefs Dutch and German paratroopers on the U.S. T-11 parachute prior to a multinational airborne operation Sept. 17 here as part of the 71st anniversary of Operation Market Garden. The jump was part of a series of combined airborne operations and ceremonies to commemorate the 71st anniversary of Operation Market Garden. Market Garden was the largest airborne operation in history, taking place over Sept. 17-20, 1944.
