Capt. J.J. Hatcher, officer-in-charge of Mayor Cell water operations, 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms out of Senatobia, Miss., talks with cartoonist Jeff Keane, who draws "The Family Circus," which his father Bill Keane created. Keane, who drew "Jeffy," the character his father based on him, was among five popular cartoonists and caricaturists on a tour sponsored by the USO and the National Cartoonists Society who entertained troops at the main dining facility, Oct. 20. Along with Keane, Garry Trudeau, Jeff Keane, Stephan Pastis and Tom Richmond and Chip Bok spent from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. talking with and drawing for long lines of service members.
