Lt. Col. William B. Smith, Jr., Q-West Mayor, and Command Sgt. Maj. Perry Campbell, both of 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms out of Senatobia, Miss., pose with caricatures drawn for them by Chip Bok, editorial cartoonist. Bok, pictured lower left talking to a Soldier, was among five popular cartoonists and caricaturists on a tour sponsored by the USO and the National Cartoonists Society who entertained troops at the main dining facility, Oct. 20. Along with Block, Garry Trudeau, Jeff Keane, Stephan Pastis and Tom Richmond spent from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. talking with and drawing for long lines of service members.
