SANTA RITA, Guam (Sept. 22, 2015) Rear Adm. Bette Bolivar, center left, commander, Joint Region Marianas, “coins” Navy Diver 3rd Class Mark Lozano, a Sailor assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), in appreciation for diving with her at Alpha Pier on Polaris Point, Sept. 22. Bolivar, the senior diving officer on Guam, came out to Frank Cable to spend time with Frank Cable divers in their preferred element, underwater. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
