Sgt. Robert G. Wheeler, a member of Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, gives a backpack to a young girl at a Medical Civic Action Project in the Campo Islam Barangay (community). Members of JSOTF-P participated in three such events held in Zamboanga, Oct 27-29. The events were organized by the Armed Forces of the Philippines 3rd Civil Military Operations Company, based on Camp Navarro. More than 1,300 individuals received medical and dental care, food packages and other relief goods during the three events.
