    POLARIS POINT, Guam (September 29, 2015) – Seaman Recruit Michael Randolph, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), participates in a coconut-tossing competition Sept. 29, during the ship’s morale, welfare and recreation (MWR) sponsored sports day. The MWR event was organized to build camaraderie, teamwork and raise crew morale.
