SANTA RITA, Guam (Sept. 30, 2015) Sailors assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable's (AS 40) supply department pose for a group photo for the last time in their favorite working uniform, Navy coveralls. Beginning Oct. 1, Navy coveralls are no longer authorized as a working uniform. Instead, they are only authorized for dirty work onboard. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
