I Marine Expeditionary Force

Cpl. Jeffrey D. Sullivan, 22-year-old from Annaoplis, Md, assigned 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion pipes "Amazing Grace" during a memorial service for Sgt. Alessandro Carbonaro, Cpl. Cory L. Palmer and Cpl. William B. Fulks May 27. The three Marines, assigned to 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, were honored at Camp Fallujah's Chapel Hope. They died as a result of wounds sustained in combat May 1.
