150926-N-KK081-157 SAN DIEGO (Sept. 26, 2015) – Sailors, attached to Beach Master Unit 1, survey the sand ramp before the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) Floating Causeway makes landfall during Exercise Brilliant Zenith 2015 (BZ15). BZ15 is an assault follow-on echelon exercise designed to conduct ship-to-shore transportation of Navy cargo with the INLS Floating Causeway embarked on SS Cape Mohican (T-AKR 5065) and improve interoperability with Naval Beach Group 1, Amphibious Construction Battalion 2, Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Pacific and Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 1.
