150929-N-DH124-297 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT (Sept. 29, 2015) – Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Johnathan HaynesEvans, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, places a tourniquet on the right arm of an enemy wounded in action during the 2015 Field Training Exercise (FTX) at Camp Rovinski in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., Sept. 29. The training is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion’s defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines, to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
