Vincent Valinotti, commander of the 345th Combat Support Hospital out of Jacksonville, Fla., and currently assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, speaks to Kosovo Force medical professionals during a multinational medical conference Sept. 18, 2015, on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
