Arlington is underway as part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group (KSG ARG) deployment in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility. KSG ARG includes Commander, Amphibious Squadron 4, USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), USS Arlington (LPD 24) USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) and 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
