U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Victoria Clark firest an M16 during the Multinational Battle Group-East Soldier of the Month competition, held Oct. 3, 2015, on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Clark, part of the North Carolina National Guard's 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team, is assigned to the MNBG-E Headquarters and Headquarters Company. Following the competition, she was named its top noncommissioned officer and recognized by MNBG-E's senior leaders.
