ARABIAN SEA (Oct. 16, 2015) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Andrea Williams signals to pilots of a SA 330 Puma on the flight deck of the Whidbey Island-class dock landing ship USS Rushmore (LSD 47) during a vertical replenishment with Military Sealift Command Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brasher (T-AKE 7). Rushmore is part of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group and, with the embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
