"We have storytellers, mime artists, face painting, animal balloons, crafts and other fun endeavors along with free lunch for both the children and parents," said Bernadette Ross, the reference librarian at Throckmorton Library. Ross, along with the other librarians were there promoting reading throughout National Children's Book Month.
