An air entrainment test measures the percent of air in concrete. The concrete placement was for a Shipboard Electronic Systems Evaluation Facilities project, and the facility will be used to provide test and evaluation services to U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and Military Sealift Command activities as well as allied foreign navies.
