Lt. Gen. Michael G. Dana, center, prepares to board a UH-1Y Huey helicopter for an air tour Nov. 5 on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan. The air tour allowed Dana to view strategic access points on Okinawa, as well as the strategic resources and high readiness of Marine Corps Installations Pacific camps and facilities in daily support of operations across the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. The visit also drew attention to the importance of financial and manpower resources within MCIPAC. Dana is the deputy commandant for installations and logistics.
