Some of the Eastern African Standby Brigade troops stand ready to be inspected by ranking dignitaries and officers during the opening ceremonies on the parade grounds in Djibouti, Nov. 29. The various groups that participated in the pass and review were from the armies of Uganda, Sudan, Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti. The Eastern African Standby Force Field Training Exercise is multi-national, multi-dimensional field training exercise that is designed to test the Eastern African Standby Brigade's operating capabilities, it is being hosted in Djibouti, Nov. 29 to Dec. 4, 2009.
