Spc. Joshua Seay, 86th Expeditionary Signal Battalion does a hanging pull up for time Nov. 10 during the track and field portion of the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge Competition. The hanging pull up, similar to the U.S. Marine Corps flexed arm hang, requires the person to keep their chin above a pull up bar while supporting their weight with their arms. BAFPB candidates were given points for how many seconds they could hang.
