Construction workers and U.S. Army Corps of Engineer personnel sign the last remaining I-beam at the topping ceremony of the USARC/FORSCOM headquarters building at Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 3, 2009. The ceremony, which signifies the end of the internal structure of the building, was held just five days shy of the one year groundbreaking anniversary and four and half months after the first iron was placed.
