A Global Counterterrorism Alumni Community of Interest Workshop, "Perspectives on Countering Foreign Terrorist Fighters" will be held Nov. 16 to 19 at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. This is the sixth successive Counterterrorism Alumni COI event. The Global CT Alumni COI workshops are designed to support and engage the almost 1,500 alumni of the Marshall Center's premier Program on Terrorism and Security Studies.
