NAVAL BASE KITSAP-BREMERTON, Wash. (Nov. 25, 2015) – Capt. John Ring, commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68), speaks to Sailors after a frocking ceremony at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton base gym. Nimitz is currently undergoing an extended planned incremental maintenance availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility where the ship is receiving scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
